The Court of Arbitration for Sport has lifted the transfer ban on Chelsea. They have been cleared of any wrong doings, regarding the transfer of Gael Kakuta from the Lens. They now have all the Sanctions on it, lifted. Chelsea are the leaders of the current Premier League.

Hull City vs. Chelsea

The club's chairman, Bruce Buck was seen to be very much pleased about the news, and reported that his team is glad to hear the news. He mentioned that the resolution adopted by the CAS has been amicable, and they were really pleased that FIFA has recognized the same. He duly mentioned that they have strengthened their relationship with Lens, as a result of resolving the case to both the teams' satisfaction. The Chelsea CEO, mr. Ron Gourlay too mentioned his pleasure in the decision by CAS, clearing their club of any wrong doing and closing the matter at this state.

Chelsea are the leaders of the current Premier League championship and are approaching to finish first to lift the cup. Currently, they have 55 points with Manchester United just 2 points behind. Their match against Hull went on a draw, against their probable expectations of increasing the margin with ManU. Their next match is against Arsenal, on 7th of February. Arsenal is standing 3rd in the table. It would be really interesting to watch both these biggies locking their horns against each other.
